The following are the “Terms and Conditions” which shall exclusively govern the services provided by CAT LEJEN to the client noted in the applicable Service Order (“Client”) which is executed by and between the parties and references these Terms and Conditions. Acknowledgement of the Service Order or commencement of performance under the Service Order by the Client shall constitute Client’s unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the services.

1. Services

1.1. The “Services” provided under these Terms and Conditions will be those set forth in any mutually agreed Service Order. The Services may include

(a) Provide reference answers for any assignment, coursework, thesis, test and etc.;
(b) Provide interview training(s);
(c) Provide CV screening service;
(d) Any other services which are stated in the Service Order.

1.2 Each Service Order shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Pricing and Terms of Payment

2.1 The price for Services to be provided will be set forth in the Service Order.
2.2 The invoice bearing the Service Order Number and any relevant supporting documents shall be issued to client as soon as reasonably possible after the Service Order has been agreed upon by the Client.
2.3 The Client shall make full payment as stated in the invoice as soon as reasonably possible.
2.4 Services stated in the Service Order will only be commenced once full payment is made by the Client (“Services Effective Date”).
 

3. Term and Termination

3.1 These Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect from the Services Effective date specified in the Service Order through the completion of the Services contemplated in the Service Order. Each Service Order, with respect to the Services, shall expire on the date that Services are completed thereunder i.e. the acknowledgment of completion of Services by the Client shall constitute an unconditional acceptance (“Services Completion Date”).
 

4. Provision of Services

4.1 CAT LEJEN shall commence Services based on a Service Order mutually agreed to by the parties. Services will ordinarily be performed by Writers/Consultants registered with CAT LEJEN.
 

5. Personal Information

6. Confidentiality

6.1 CAT LEJEN and the Client acknowledge that the existence of the Service Order with these Terms and Conditions and any oral or written information exchanged between CAT LEJEN and the Client in connection with the Service Order are regarded as confidential information. CAT LEJEN and the Client shall maintain confidentiality of all such confidential information and this Clause shall survive the termination of the Service Order and these Terms and Conditions for any reason.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Any Services provided are intended for reference. Therefore, CAT LEJEN shall not be held liable to you in the result or outcome of the Services. However, CAT LEJEN strives to deliver as per our Client’s expectation using its best endeavours. CAT LEJEN disclaim any and all liability to the fullest extent allowed by law.
