The following are the “Terms and Conditions” which shall exclusively govern the relationship between CAT LEJEN and the Writer/Consultant. Submission of Registration Form on CAT LEJEN’s website to register as our Writer/Consultant shall constitute Writer/Consultant’s unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions herein.

1. Services

1.1. CAT LEJEN hereby agrees to engage the Writer/Consultant to provide the following services (“the Services”): -

(a) Reference answers for any assignment, coursework, thesis, test and etc.;
(b) Interview training(s);
(c) CV screening service;
(d) Any other services which are stated in the Engagement Order.

1.2 Each Engagement Order shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Independent Contractor

2.1 The relationship between CAT LEJEN and the Writer/Consultant hereto is that of independent contractor. The parties hereto are not deemed to be agents, partners or joint venturers of the others for any purpose as a result of the submission of Registration Form, these Terms and Conditions and any transactions contemplated thereby.

3. Payment

3.1 In consideration for the Services provided by the Writer/Consultant, CAT LEJEN agrees to pay the Writer/Consultant the agreed sum as stated in Engagement Order (“Payment”) for the completion of Services.
3.3 The Payment shall be thereafter paid out within 1-3 business days upon the Service Completion Date (as defined in Clause 6.1 below)

4. Provision of Services

4.1 The Writer/Consultant shall only commence to provide Services once an Engagement Order is issued by CAT LEJEN and the Writer/Consultant acknowledges the receipt of the same (“Services Effective Date”).
4.2 The submission of Services to CAT LEJEN shall be before or within the stipulated timeline stated in the Engagement Order.

5. Time is of Essence

5.1 Time, quality and accuracy of the submission of Services are of the essence of the Engagement Order.

6. Term and Termination

6.1 These Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect from the Services Effective date specified in the Engagement Order through the completion of the Services contemplated in the Engagement Order. Each Engagement Order, with respect to the Services, shall expire on the date that Services are completed thereunder i.e. when CAT LEJEN makes Payment to the Writer/Consultant or if Payment is forfeited under the circumstances stated in Clause 8.3 below (“Services Completion Date”).

7. Personal Information

7.1 You confirm that you have read and agree with the CAT LEJEN’s Privacy Statement set out in CAT LEJEN’s website at https://www.catlejen.com/privacy-policy.

8. Writer/Consultant’s Warranty

8.1 Writer/Consultant warrants that he has the sufficient knowledge and capacity to perform the Services stated in the Engagement Order.
8.2 Writer/Consultant warrants that there shall be NO PLAGIARISM in performing the Services. In any event there is plagiarism detected by whatsoever manners, CAT LEJEN shall at its full liberty to ask for refund of full Payment. Further, CAT LEJEN reserves all its rights to blacklist and stop engaging the same Writer/Consultant for future Services.
8.3 Writer/Consultant warrants that he shall comply with all the requirements stated in the Engagement Order, any deviations from the Engagement Order may be deemed as failure to perform the Services. CAT LEJEN shall at its discretion and reserves all its rights to forfeit Payment.
8.4 Writer/Consultant warrants that time is of the essence of the Engagement Order and the Writer/Consultant shall exercise its best endeavours to complete the Services before or within the stipulated timeline stated in the Engagement Order.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 CAT LEJEN and the Writer/Consultant acknowledge that the existence of the Engagement Order with these Terms and Conditions and any oral or written information exchanged between CAT LEJEN and the Writer/Consultant in connection with the Engagement Order are regarded as confidential information. CAT LEJEN and the Writer/Consultant shall maintain confidentiality of all such confidential information and this Clause shall survive the termination of the Engagement Order and these Terms and Conditions for any reason.
